Twist Native

The weekend is finally here and its time to pack up your bags and go for a much needed adventure whether it's big or small.

The key word in that sentence is pack, the most dreaded part anytime you're leaving town, am I right? Well this weekend I'm teaming up with Twist Native to help make my packing a little more bearable.

First, this bag is ahh-maz-ing when it comes to squeezing as much stuff as you can in there. The boxy structure allows for lots of clothes, shoes, and toiletries to all fit in one bag rather than having to pack multiple bags.

Second, the duffles are handmade in South America by women artisans that Twist Native partners up with and provides them with fair trade. Each bag is made with brightly colored fabric to represent the colorful lives of these women despite their economic status that they are living in.

Third, Twist Native teamed up with E=H to provide children with scholarships so they can learn and grow. This means each bag that is bought will in return provide a child with a once and a lifetime opportunity to get an education. If you know me then you know that I have a soft place in my heart for people in the industry who give back and I love this part of the Twist Native company.

To many this weekend bag is just a bag. But to me, it is a reminder of not only the women and children who benefit from the making of this bag but also a reminder to be grateful for all that I have and grateful that I have the ability to adventure to new places with amazing people.

Life is all about the living, so what are you waiting for?
